There was much excitement for the 'boys' on Monday night as Del's Ford Capri fix-it-up project was rolled into the garage. Perhaps you have to be male to understand any excitement over this:

Dillon promptly jumped in and attempted to 'drive'. He also very quickly told me, when asked which car he likes (my tazz is parked next to this. I know it's not fancy but at least it moves!) that he preferred the green one. Oh well, it's going to be happy days for me when Dillon can talk 'car' with his dad...no more stifling yawns when the topic of V8 engines and Perana's come up..'oh happy days'..lets say it again..'oh happy days'..one more time..'oh happy days' :-)

Can see that father and son are clearly colourblind...that is one hell of an ugly colour on a car! What on earth is a Perana?
ReplyDeleteNo, no...the color is going to change. At the moment the choice is between red and yellow. I think it has something to do with the engine? Must have fallen asleep during that conversation.
